This is an introductory call for us to connect and discuss your travel vision and preferences. We'll ask some get-to-know-you questions that will allow us to create your personalized itinerary, and we'll answer any questions you may have.
After your consultation call we will send the initial paperwork and invoice for our Travel Planning Fee, and then we'll be ready to get started!
With an understanding of your vision, needs, and desires, and drawing from our own travel experience, research, education, and relationships with trusted travel partners, we will begin building your proposal.
You will receive up to three itineraries for consideration. Once you review the proposal and select your itinerary, we'll schedule another meeting to go over any feedback and questions you might have. We'll make any requested revisions and return the proposal to you for approval.
Once we have reviewed all the details and you are happy with your selections, we'll finalize the proposal and confirm your booking!
We will ensure that all the arrangements are in place, and, as your vacation draws near, we'll provide further details and recommendations to help you prepare. Your itinerary will be available to view at any time and anywhere through our complementary traveler app!
